I took the restrictor plate off to give the Red Dragon more horsepower. But let’s keep that on the down low, she’s not exactly street legal.

I heard something about the Town of Tonawanda having a officer in street clothes driving a vette, that tries to entice people to race and then calls in backup. No idea how true it is. It came from a BPD officer though.
