Heard the other day, PA now has a law about trailer hitches/Balls have to be removed while not towing anything. $200 fine. due to the idiots in parking lots walking into them and dumb drivers screwing up thier bumpers while trying to park. Myth Or Fact ? could be old, just heard it the other day ---

actually a good idea i am not against it i have smacked my knees off a trailer hitch before while i was carrying something between 2 vehciles and didn’t see the hitch. that hurt like a mother f#$ker ---

that’s funny. one of the trucks i drive at work has the hitch welded in. the dumbass mechanic before me welded it in place for some reason, i have yet to figure out why. ---
