Bullshit. The kid wasn’t going to help the situation. The cop asked him to disperse. He acted like a hard ass which I agree with the cop and his actions. Same situations in Oakland on G20, stupid college kids with nothing better to do trying to “find” something to act against the police on. Quit being a idiot, grow up, and move on.
