Umm you do realize that Congress granted Bush the ability to Tap the phones of international calls made from the united states after 9/11 right? And anybody who is considered an Enemy of the state…so technicly he is totaly within his right to do so. better luck next time. I Love how Bush uses the power granted to him by Congress durring a war time and it is horrible, yet Clinton tapped American phone lines to basicly check on his enemies but that was ok. ---
