Will my lawyer still be able to plea it down to a few parking tix? I got a ticket for 64 in a 45. I really dont care how much it costs, just as long as I dont get points… ---

was it from a trooper…from what i have seen usually having a lawyer always helps…and points arnt that bad ---

In my cases it’s always been with the DA. ---

I have had tickets in clarence before, and always dealt with the DA. This is my 1st speeding ticket there though. It was a sheriff who issued the ticket… Im fairly sure that if I throw enough money at it I’ll get away w/o points…
