# Time warner Exec Fired over shitty customer service

And I get to deal with all of those pissed off So-Cal customers everyday and get to hear about the long hold times (which right now are non existant) but still.

Funny to see something happen actually over all of those complaints considering we don’t actually have a complaint department, doh!
