# Tint part of the NYS Inspection?  Yes, it's being proposed

i am getting older and my eyes suck, my S4 has dark tint and I don’t see shit at night through the side glass. I hate tint but I am too lazy to remove it. I got pulled over 2 times in 3 days for tint, and got 2 tickets on the second stop. the first stop I had a trooper chase me down and I-90 and pull me over and gave me a warning for tint. That was one of the few times in my life I got pulled over and honestly didn’t know why I got pulled over. The whole time I am thinking really dude? I am sitting on the side of a highway in a dangerous situation over window tint. I was just glad I got a warning.

I am completely opposed to us having a tint law, but if it is going to be on the books enforce it.
