There’s a house like this in Derby. It’s on the corner of Old Lakeshore and… maybe Wellington? It’s seriously that small. One dude lives there. I talked to him before and he said he didn’t need anything any bigger. ---

nice, its more roomy then a studio in NYC that would usually cost 1500+/month ---

I guess you could use it for a cabin? although the shed for my 4X4 at my cabin is bigger than those things ---

there is a tiny house like this java area, i always thought when you walked in there was a stair way going directly down into some kick ass underground thing ---

I like those little houses. My house is under 800 square feet. They are pricey but not as outrageous as you people think they are given the finish work in them. ---
