edit: pretty sure i’ll be around all day saturday cutting a huge hole in my garage floor

Can I bring the whole bike haha? I don’t have any way to remove and bring the wheel by itself.

While I personally wouldn’t plug a bike tire, when I plug a car or truck tire at work I actually burn the plug for a few seconds with a small butane torch to vulcanize the plug to the tire and make sure it doesn’t leak.
