maybe it’s just me but…  
why the heck joe(which i don’t know him) got to go to you(which i don’t know him) to get the money?  
if i borrow money from someone i ALWAYS go to him to give him the money and a big thanks. same thing if someone borrows money i expect him to update me on the status and COME to give me the money…  
hey, it could be just me…  
ps: yes it’s only 20…do the person who lended the money got to travel to get 20bucks? how about gas?
