yes it is!

i never ment to say it was just like fast and the furious. just a movie about illegal street racing, done by tuned cars. kinda like fast and the furious. best one i have watched so far is the sixth one. which keichi tsuchiya was in quite a bit. and he ends up racing in the final scene.

and i had no idea that it was origionally called Shuto Kosuko
