I was looking in my MotorTrend today and according to them, the C6 Z06 goes 0-60 in 3.7 seconds. So that would still make the FQ400 the fastest car (0-60) for under 100k.

that was an estimate… motor trend did not test the new C6 Z06 yet, only GM has, and their figures are quite different… try again junior
