As stated in the gawker article, these theories that HAARP causes all of these natural disasters has been around for a long time, especially during the Bush Admin. Presidents are almost always hated by 45% of the population, so conspiracies come from both sides.

My girlfriends brother was actually out there storm chasing and got the big one. One of the local news guys has been using his pics and videos on the news. Pretty nuts

Yeah this is ridiculous. Any minute now Cuomo will pass new laws banning tornados from NYS to save us from these disasters, in hopes that Obama will do the same. Enough is enough.

I had friends in college that would go storm chasing every year. The scene starting around 1:50 is exactly why they always rented cars and got any insurance coverage they could get.
