# Torque plate rental

I am currently building my S13 Sr20 blacktop with a .020 overbore. I want to have the block hot honed with a torque plate. As well as the crank bearing measured with the torque plate. Does anyone know where I can rent a torque plate and have it shipped to Nova Scotia? Or, does anyone know the specs of a torque plate so I can have one made? Any help on this would be great. Thanks
