Wow sorry to see this (unless you are sick of the car). If you tweaked the A pillar so that the door won’t open I’d say you have a real good chance of being totalled. ---

I see you owe 7500 on it, but how much is it blue book. I’m sure its worth less than 7500. Looks like it might be history. ---

i dont know how but the rad didnt blow even though it was sandwiched between the battery and engine. the fans were busted though. ---

What you owe doesn’t count at all toward whether or not the car is totalled. That calculation is based on the ratio of the value of the car to the cost of the repairs. ---

i agree its an ez fix but im not the one fixing it. after i called my insurance company they had the car flat bedded to a chevy dealer to get an estimate and see if it would be worth fixing due to the cost of parts and the cost of labor at the chevy body shop… i have a 100 dollar deductable so i figure instead of fixing it myself send it away. ---

i got my estimate today from kenny ross chevy’s body shop. total cost 5800 to fix the car .
