atleast 1gb memory, 2 perfered or more. ethernet ready perferably over 2ghz a nice video card (nothing insane just a nice 512mb card) would be good. I perfer xp with a key so it can be formatted down the road. I’m pretty sure everyone got rid of xp except me lol. its for some really low end pc online gaming, and basic use. Not for me, its to replace the tower my girlfriend uses, as hers sucks haha. ---

let me know whats around, a realllly cheap pc would be hard to pass up even if it wasnt that good. or a really good pc at a fair price ect. looking to buy today. ---

Should of bought my computers had 4 forsale that were for $250 and beyond what you were looking for you should switch to windows 7… ---

My last two computers were “e machines”. Skeptic at first but after my second one, I d keep buying in a heartbeat. I believe Best Buy sells them. I won’t complain at all about them. ---

ive got an emachine, its a work horse for sure, once i upgraded the memory, but im not happy with the moterboard. This emachine is the only computer ive ever owned that dosent have dos, like wtf. Use dosbox to emulate dos games and apps works just fine I love street rod 1 and 2 and fuck e machines they are complete junk just build your own computer with quality parts that work fine ---

i have custom tower for 350$ -window 7 (i can down grade it to xp) -575gb hard drive 10k rpm -g/b/n wireless -512mb radeon graphic card i forgot the name of the motherboard i can check later ---

However, if you’re someone without the knowledge or time for a custom setup, I have found their systems to perform very well for the $$. No need to get your panties in a bunch. ---

Check TigerDirect dude, they are always sending me newsletters about cheap towers like $250 for a (low-end) quad core with like 4GB of ram…definitely decent enough to handle most stuff.
