My little brother is selling his town house around the Peters Twp. area. The house is located about 5 minutes from RT 19. The place is very nice and the pictures do not do the home justice. If you have any in depth questions you can PM me and I will get you in contact with my brother. Asking price is $120,000 The home is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. It has a single car garage in the basement along with a room housing the washer, drier, and the beer fridge. Up the stairs is the living area/dinning. This room has a very nice fireplace and a sliding patio door that opens up to the patio area. The kitchen is nicely updated and is a small L shape. 1/2 bath just below the steps on the main living floor. The house prices are higher, but the per cent taxes are low. ---

i really need to move soon. i will try to get some pics up of the exterior. new asking price…115k. the house was appraised at 120k in May 06. This is a great deal if someone is in the market. If anyone knows someone that is in the market and that person ends up purchasing this home I will be paying a finders fee of 1% of the sale price. ---
