Micah–when you hear about your friends getting so called “good deals” on a trade in, that simply means that the dealer probably raped them on the cost of the car they were purchasing. If a dealer is going to make $4000 on you on the purchase of a new car, and then they say to you, “yeah we can give you $2500 for your car”, you may think you are getting a great deal, but all it means is that you could have haggled them down on the price of the car you are about to buy even more. ---

If you’re looking for a quick sale, it’s probably not worth the trouble. Unless you have someone who is ready to buy it, I would just dump it at the dealer, saving myself the headache of cleaning it up and selling it privately. On the other hand, if you have time to sit on it, you will definitely be better off selling it yourself. ---

Seriously, if you need the $1000 that they “might” give you on a trade that much, you shouldn’t be buying another car. Also, if there is no trade they have to be more agressive on the price of the car, because it’s so much easier to shop the value of the car you are buying, than the one you are trying to “sell” them. X… ---

You can prob sell this to any honda fan boi for 2k+ all day long. i paid 2800 for my car and its a pos, just because it is an integra gsr… and it didnt even have a gsr motor in it :banghead: i think i may have seen you today around 4pm on transit road maybe? ---
