> ok, well, i have to get a transit permit for the fairlady z i’m grabbing from montreal so i can drive it back up north, but it’s not currently insured. anyone know if i can get one of these in quebec, with an ontario drivers license?

Yes you can get these, Go to the ministry in quebec with the registered owner of the car with youre insurance information. You will be given a small peice of paper with a serial number on it , the vin , youre name ect.ect. which you affix to youre rear window its a 4 day temp export plate. The cost is 85$ plus taxes. I just brought an R33 in from montreal and I did this.
