# Transmission problems

I’ve noticed lately that my clutch has been slipping, so i was gearing up for a clutch change…
So heres the problem:
Im driving my car one day and i try to speed up, when i push the accelerator i notice the car doesnt speed up but the engine revs while still IN GEAR.
Im wondering if this has to do with the worn out clutch, or if there are more problems than just the clutch with the transmission.

Sounds like your clutch is toast.
Sometimes they go from slipping occasionaly to failing completely. I’ve had it happen.

And then you can drive without using your left foot :lol:

u should be able to drive without ur left foot anyways…if you cant u cant drive stick :lol: unless putting it in gear to initally move
