If I read the first post correctly, Jclark is accusing Travis of over exaggerating his technical skills by saying he built ALMS cars when in actuality he was doing break jobs on neons. ---

i have in one form or another been working on, or “building” racecars since i was 12 years old… beginning with an old war horse 1988 TROYER dirt modified chassis, then to a 1994 troyer chassis which was “updated” to a 1999 troyer chassis, then to a 2002 TEO pro car, a 2005,2006,2007 and this year will be a 2008 teo pro car… with some formula FORDS(powered by dodge) thrown in in the beginning of 2005. spun wrenches on motors ranging from a 5hp gokart up to a 502 chevy big block and tons of variations in between. am i an ace mechanic… FUCK NO… but i know tons more than ANY of you self riteous bastards give me credit for and i refuse to let ANY of you pricks belittle me or my accomplishments. ---

What have you “accomplished” aside from that fact that your asshole of the month (or whatever) Shift518 award? Are you certified in anything other than bullshiting? Cause you’re sure as hell ASE Certified in that category. And why don’t you call a spade a spade and say you’re going back to being a service advisor instead of saying you’re in charge of a bunch of techs. You’ve been hired/fired from a bunch of those jobs already or just quit outright. What makes you think this one will be different? I always try to give you the benefit of the doubt but you can never just cross the threshhold of decency can you? ---

what does my job history or my certifications have anything to do with decency… absolutely JACK SHIT. i dont need to prove myself to YOU or anyone else on this fucking forum. if people want my help with something feel free to ask away and if im available and physically capable (wrist in a cast for 6 months) im fucking there to help in any way, shape or form. a service writer/service advisor/asst service manager are all the same thing and whadda ya know… they are in charge of the technicians… i wasnt exaggerating shit when i said that. you sell cars…does that make you better than me? i think not. we all have different life paths but as i said (No personal attacks) for trying to put yourself on a pedestal and knock me down. thats such a fucking douchbag move if i ever saw one. justin ive given YOU the benefit of the doubt many a time but you are no better than anyone on here or anywhere that trys to make themselves feel better by ripping on someone else. as far as decency goes… ill let you know when i see some of it from you… then you might see some in return. / thread ---
