See, I can fully understand wanting to help Travis, but like Gran just said, and like common sense would state: If he hadn’t gotten himself so far in debt, lost his license multiple times, and made damn sure his car was fully covered in just such an instance, he wouldn’t be in this situation. Life lesson? Sure for an 18 yr old, not someone who is old enough to know how to cover their ass and responsibly maintain their license/insurance. JUST SAYING. ---

I’ve read Travis’ post about what happened and there wasn’t even a hint at someone almost dying… no one even got hurt. Smelled smoke, pulled over, got out of car, car burnt. Does it suck? yes. Could it have been worse? yes. But it wasn’t and no ones life was in any immediate danger. Chill! ---
