But fast enough to where you can’t go 30 mph?

And thats fine you aren’t 100% positive he had the right to fire.

But thats why our courts use the decision making tool, known as “reasonable doubt”.

And if you feel as if there was **ANY** chance that he had the right to fire…then he did.

Hell, if you say you are 99% sure it was a bad decision. The 1% will still find his actions to be warranted.
