that’s arguably worse in some ways. but I don’t want to make it sound like I’m defending Hillary, they all shouldn’t be doing this. Saying Hillary was sending secrets is misleading. The worst I’ve seen is that she was exchanging the lowest level of classified stuff with other people who had clearance also. which is why she didn’t get thrown in jail unless I’m missing something. ---

I’m glad thats how you FEEL but in the real world it doesn’t work like that. You goto jail for moving data like that to an unsecured network :lol: or at the very least would lose clearance and your job :lol: Regardless of who was cleared You can get authorization to move that sort of data to your house/remote site but there is a list of security requirements based on classification level. ---

Moving it to an internet facing server is moving data to an unsecured network. That isn’t summing up anything at minimum ANYONE else would lose their job and clearance. It’s hard to prove intent when someone goes and deletes half the facts and everyone involved pleads the 5th. what she was doing isn’t much different than what most other politicians where doing (or wish they did) or that she did this with the intent of committing some crime. it just comes down to politics in the end and we have two crappy candidates who are both scumbags in their own ways but both want to make America better. Noting would make me happier than her winning then getting impeached and having Kane take it over. Maybe that’s a bit strong, this is the best outcome I can hope for. ---

This is the biggest cop out I’ve seen yet. First off, as you admitted earlier, NO OTHER POLITICIANS WERE RUNNING THEIR OWN SERVERS. Secondly, “everyone else is doing it”, even if it’s true, isn’t an excuse for breaking the law. I can’t get away with it when I get pulled over doing 75 in a 65, and she sure as hell shouldn’t get away with it on something as serious as mishandling classified information. ---

So you want the FBI to release the classified documents for your review? I think you aren’t on the list to see classified emails and the FBI isn’t going to rush to say they found stuff. Her actions are bullshit for someone in that position with that clearance and a clear indication to subvert monitoring and logging provided by the normal infrastructure on top of also deleting and that idiot IT guy asking the internet how to search and scrub records. If this “Life Insurance” folder is legit, holy fuck we could see something amazing with this corrupt family. On a side note, I don’t care what your party affiliation is but anyone in a government job paid for by tax payers shouldn’t be allowed to plea the fifth to congress. ---

They’re not similar except for the fact both involve emails. He provided classified information knowing it was wrong to a journalist and then lied about it to the FBI and got busted. ---

Interesting point. Guy who predicted every election since 1984 correctly is still saying Trump will win. I think it is going to be a lot closer than people think.
