# TSX/TL Projectors?

Could you post pictures of the conversion itself when you get back? Do you have Bi-Xenon?

Yep I’ll definitely post most pictures when I get back! I don’t have many from when I was making them but I can go through my phone and see what I have to try to show everyone how I’ve done it. I did not use Bi-Xenon, but to be honest these low beam projectors when properly aimed you will not need highbeams! But for the luxury of having it I would do it the next time I do this conversion.

This converstion was not very hard to do. Just time consuming as I had never done it before. I could easily do this again probably twice as fast, now that I know what I need right from the start. I paid $150.00 for the projectors, $35.00 for the clear glass housings, and then a few small things from Cdn Tire/Home Depot. So probably close to $175 - $200. Keep in mind you need D2S HIDs as well. I already had a kit, which with H4 bulbs and ballasts, so I simply went and bought D2S bulbs with the proper connectors (AMP connectors - which are commonly found on aftermarket kits) they plugged right into my ballasts. All in all price depends on whether you already have the HID’s. The conversion itself is very affordable for what you’re getting, but when you’re throwing an HID kit on top of it, that’s when the price may get pricey.

Beautiful cutoff, looks like you got them setup just right. These pics are inspiring me to pick up another set of projo’s and finally do this myself. Maybe I’ll see if i can get my hand on a set of TL bixenons and make it a winter project…
Did you do the colour mod on the projectors? Dosnt look like it, just a couple washers and you’d get alot more colour in your cutoff line. Looks badass though, good work.

Hey thanks man! I know if I’m getting compliments then I did my job right! lol 🙂 I didn’t do the colour mod, but you’d be surprised the band they produce. When you’re actually standing there looking at them it has alot of blue then you can see from my pictures. I’ll try to take so good pictures of the colour when I get home from NY.
