# Turbo removal on my 02 WRX.

its been running fine. i just have a problem of turbo lag. i hate when i get on the gas in like third gear. and it takes forever for the power to kick in.

what do i need to take the turbo off so i dont have so much lag?

NA is so much gooder.

Brake Boost…end of story! Are you looking to upgrade the turbo?

just wedge something in the turbine housing. that should eliminate any lag that you have.

if you think thats lag i’d hate to see what you’d say after driving a higher horsepower turbo car lol

do you think i could just blow off the valve? to make it less laggy?

i might just get rid of the turbo and get a vtec i heard that rules.

what else besides a vtec do i need to make it fast. but not laggy?
