“how much will the stock ls1 block take?”  
Turbo LS1 8.93 @ 157 :eek:

“Stock crank, caps, and block still. Same crank I’ve been running since it went 10.doh at Thunder 2 years ago w/ the 6 speed.”

I know what you mean, i am going to look at a new motor for my truck sometime this week. it’s a 390 with a 4-barrel and headers + 4-spd tranny for $220.

foreign cars suck 😃

for $220

I would love to put a ls1 in it, but my budget for the truck is very limited right now.
