I have a Turbonetics turbo that I purchased from a friend and intended to use on my personal car. Plans have changed and I am selling it. It has no issues, no shaft play and is in good condition. The turbo is oil and water cooled and I have all the hard lines that will be included with the sale.
Specs: Turbonetics Turbo T3/T4 50 Trim Stage 3 .63
I will post up pictures later with castings and proof of condition.
Price is $450 OBO
The ceramic dual ball bearing option was $300 extra at the time of purchase (when my friend bought it).

that’s actualy a t-28 based turbo, not t3/t4…

How can you tell focusinprogress?
My old turbo looked similar and it was a t3/t4…at least I thought it was

the serial number is in one of the picture and decodes to a t28.

how recently rebuilt is it? why is the wheel caked with white residue and oil everywhere still?

It hasn’t been used in a couple years. Since rebuilt it hasn’t been on a car. I have no paperwork, this is all base on what my friend told me. I called turbonetics and I was informed it was a t3/t4 and fits on a t3/t4 manifold (which it came on). Regardless it has no shaft play and spins perfectly.

I don’t see oil anywhere on/in the turbo. It has minor dust/dirt on it, but no oil anywhere.

sorry looked like the center section was a differnt color. maybe it was just the camera picking up weird stuff
good deal especially since it comes with lines and the fittings which are fairly expensive for what they are

After my research I found that it makes 400+ easily and can make 475-500 depending on the application.
