Someone school me on the difference. I know nothing about turbos.

Can a Diesel turbo from a big rig/heavy equipment work on a gas motor ?

djt81185 (doesn’t post much) turboed his Saturn. IIRC it’s a turbo from a dodge diesel.

Holset’s (HX35, HY35, HX40, etc) are used a lot and make great power at a fraction of the price of a similarly sized garrett

Most of the time the Exaust housing is much larger on a diesel…then a gas motor
