Unfortunatly there would seem to be inspection issues, so my goal may be down the drain. ---

Well, since there is that much modification into a car, I’m not sure what PA inspection would account for. I’ve decided to pass on the car, there are to many unknowns right now, and this is the email I sent to the owner: Ozzy, I wanted to thank you for the time to get pictures and chat with me back and forth about the car. At this time I must pass on the car. As much as I would love to own it, ther are just to many variables that are unknown right now. Despite the fact you did buy the car, you really don’t know anything about the technical aspect of the car. I can understand that buying someone else’s project. There were a few things that weighed my decision. The Methanol used stirctly for the fueling was a huge concern, considering the fact that many of the internal parts of the engine are Aluminum. I just see small issue’s that can be big problems in the future. Inspection legalities are also a big problem for me, but I won’t bore you with it. My main issue was you wanting more for it then what you actually bought it for. I would throw you an offer, but I don’t want to offend you by what I think it’s actually worth. Again, thanks for your time, and enjoy the car. I would love to be the new owner of it, but there are just to many unanswered questions right now. If you decide to sell it for a lower asking price, keep me in mind, but I will not pay 6,000-8,000 for that car knowing what it is. Thanks, Sean * * * ---
