Dumb… I love it

at least they arent out pedaling drugs and shootin up stores like Baltimore that I know of (one of the worst drug cities in America)

It may be unsafe by our measure of what is stupid and wreckless but I look at it as productive for them. Just wait till they get snowmobiles in thier hands.
