well, the club is run by some1 with an automatic neon, an accord wagon (he made sure to emphasize that he had an exhaust system), a ZX3 Focus, and a ‘riced’ Audi A4 (you have to see it…which i have). they covered everything from wanteng to have some vynal graphics and tshirts made up (but you can only get sizes small to large, because xlarge costs too much money), and a bunch of other crazy ideas.
i sat with Mark (juniorj) and Mike (N’CTRL) and there were a few moments that we looked at each other and lamost started laughing:
-hey, maybe we should get a forum going so people can stay connected
-we want to get a lot of sponsors involved. hopefully we can get someone to donate a car and a bunch of parts so we can have a club tuner car
-would anyone be willing to drive thier car up on the sidewalk outside the Student Union so that we can use it for advertising?
-we were thinking about having all of our cars in a parade and drive around UB and go by the Union durring the bussiest time of the day
-mayb we should come up with a meeting place. i kno theres a lot of guys that meet up at Mighty Taco all the time. i go by there sometimes and put my Accord EX wagon in neutral and rev it at them.
-we did the ‘name game’ like u do in elementary school where we went around, said our name, what car we had, and what we had done to our car.
they handed out a membership application, and it asked:
-name
-school email
-altername email
-person number (didnt give them that)
-address
-DO YOU HAVE A CAR
-If so, year/make/model/color
-what mods do you have (i put "none of your bussiness)
-license plate number (didnt give them that either)
-Why do you want to be in this club (Mark and i both put “i \<3 cars”)
-what would you like to see this club do
they also handed out a sheet with thier rules and policies on it. i have an extra application and the rules sheets, but left them in my Blazer but i’ll scan them in and post them eventually so u guys can see the GREAT time you missed. i really dont see this club going anywhere at all, and some of thier ideas were really crazy. this is just the tip of the iceberg, im sure juniorj and N’CTRL have more to add.
o and after, the 3 of us were standing outside the Union talking, and one of the people that was in the meeting came out and walked up to N’CTRL and was like “yo! you got that blue WRX right? In Contorll? im FLASH yo!” and wlaked away.
EDIT: upon further examination of the Facebook group, i found a picture of KCuvs car with the following comment:

these are the kinds of people we’re dealing with folks.

LMAO, I’ll add more later. But I put “I like cars” as why I’m interested in joining to.
I like how on the application where it asked what cars we drove, we both put our winter cars, haha.

hahaha, thats me. you obviously didnt pick up on the sarcasm. me an kcuv were planning on going to the meeting but it wasnt exactly on the top of my list and i never made it.
i dont understand why the one kid is posting up all these pics of cars that are not his (the hondas and acuras, a mix of rice and clean cars)
but yea i dont see it going to far, and fuck giving them any info liek person number or license plate :bloated:

HAHAHAHAHA the kid in the last pic with the audi is in the architecture program a year under me. he used to have this HUGE vinyl accross the sides, but it was a 'revers" decal on the passenger side…and it was the name of some aftermarket company

I’ve seen you on campus, I think. lately I’ve been driving a white e30 couple with tints and a fucked up hood (thank you storm dropping trees)
I’m in the urban planning dept, and next semester I start my minor in architecture

oh fuck no shit?
me and vq30de can be seen around cause he is a year ahead of me in the architecture dept. right now im drivin a beat ass 92 black sentra 4dr, complete with the rattly exhaust even though its new from the manifold back as per a week ago. lol. this car is hilarious to drive, i laugh frequently. if you catch me around say hey…or if you want opinions on the program lemme know.
