But Hendo didn’t swarm and cover Bisping, he cocked his hips, swung his fist and landed on him with his elbow pretty deliberately. Any of you guys spar/roll locally? I will be in for some action when I am home for good here soon. ---

I dunno how old you are but the people I spar with (backyard stuff, joining buffalotrainingcenter soon) wouldn’t feel right going 100% with anyone older than maybe 35. rolling though, anyone and everyone is welcome ---

It was deserved. ---

i really thought mike was going to win, i havent seen hendo fight like that since pride. Good for him. i wouldnt know how to beat on GSP and Silva. I have never beat against George in the past, but silva is a monster ---

I was just watching that right hand of hendo cocked back the entire fight and I knew it was only time before he connected. One of the best knockouts I have ever seen in UFC ---

Can you post a link to this place. I want an idea of how far it is from my house. If it is close(20min or less) and you guys will be in for sure I will too. I hate not having people to train with that I know. ---

It’s about 4 minutes from my house where me and my friends have the fightnights. It’s near maple and transit if that helps. edit: if you for sure are joining late august or september and we all join together, we can get a pretty sick rate. And the place is already 50% cheaper than all the other schools around here. ---
