# Under Bodywork Needed!

alrite im looking for some opinions on what i can do about my 240s rust problem, is it worth fixing this or should i move on to a more rust free 240 because i have big plans for this car and i want to know if it is worth it or not. Budget is not that big right now so im looking for the cheaper solution.
If it is worth it, I am looking for some good shops that can do good work and also that are not That expensive. And if it is possible can any one give me an approx on how much this might cost.

the subframe and such is just surface so its not that huge of a deal. if you have big plans for the car your going to want to drop it and sandblast it anyways. the frame is the biggest problem. that will be anywhere from 600 at cheapest to a couple grand for a awsome job.

i can get it 200 bucks a side roughly.
at first the 2 top pics looked good lol
and the gas tank straps take a few min to do your self
subframe is fine…
your main problem is your rockers.

the only problem is that i have is no tools no nothing so it will be hard getting under,
where could you get the sides done and how much whould it be to fix that big hole in the frame?
right now my car is sitting in the garage it will probably do so until the winters done so im planning on getting this done relatively soon

i have the same problem, and after months of looking the best, most quality option for rust on your frame rails is to buy new rails and have them put in.
it does not cost that much more then getting them patched, and from what i understand it should last 10x longer.
nissan only makes the drive side, not the Pas side for some dumb ass reason. so good luck finding them, you will need it.

i thought mine was bad…
sell me your calipers and scrap the car;)
j/k. ive fixed worse, seen worse, and scrapped better… its up to u man.
just spend the money right… tell u right now if ur budget is less then $700 to start a build… then follow above mentioned advise
frame typicly $400 a side…
rockers. no idea but id imagine somwhere in the 100 a side.
all the rusted parts in your rear will be upgraded if u have anyplans to use this as a project. (ur subframe is fine) and the gasstraps are easy… look on SON FS thread for any partout threads and ask OP.
the exhaust will be replaced. LCA,UPA,Sways… ECT should all be replaced with better anyways…

are there any shops i can get all this done at in the north york region
maybe for a start i will fix the worst of the cars problems and then work up form there
