No kidding. I was up there for work during the week of christmas and I was shocked that the speed limit was like 65 or 70 within the city with entrance and exit ramps on both the right and left. I was thinking that I would be lucky to make it out alive, but everyone seemed to handle it really well. Most people signalled and were keeping a constant speed. Nothing like pittsburgh.
