i dont have them at work … i will do that if i have to but… you would think if the employer is asked they would have to give it to you… they are now withholding her paycheck and bonus b/c she will not give them her password to her own gmail ---

I hope the employer doesn’t find this thread and see that youve been planning on getting unemployment. Somehow the content of this this doesn’t seem like you unwillingly lost the job and are trying to scam the system which could mean jail time. ---

its really a long story but we are not going for the unemployment anymore … its really shitty what happened and such org she was going to quit and she was going to collect it but then all this went down and its not even a issue anymore she does not need to work and will stay home with the kids ---

unemployment is for people who lose their jobs unwillingly. unemployment should only be for people who lose their jobs due to circumstances that occurred beyond their control, but let’s not get too crazy. unemployment is not for people who quit their jobs. THIS IS WHY WE CANT HAVE NICE THINGS. ---

I had a coworker that stole a gift card for less than $10 from another works desk. He was fired and couldnt/didnt get unemployment. I dont know if the company fought it or not, but he said because he wasnt fired due to performance, he wasnt eligible for it. ---
