Gangster! Do you think you should gusset those tubes off of the strut tower flanges to prevent them from flexing? ---

thanks guys. The next one we make will be a bit different design… because of the angle of the bent rail, access to the strut bolt would have been limited by a gusset. As it stands now though, its 1/8in plate for the tops, so there won’t be much if any flex. Also forgot to mention… its for s13. ---

Its tube. And you are right. You caught us. I’ve been slowly working my way into the saturn tuning world, using their advanced technology to enhance the relatively new tuning platform; the s13. Only using by duplicating their highly sophisticated designs, will 240’s ever have a chance of being competitive. Its .120 wall tubing. ---

It’s nice to see alternatives though. Over welding something can be just added weight as well. That being said a cnc’d piece may be ‘over engineered’ and extreme but those that can afford it may go for it if they are seeking the best extract of their buck when dying to save even 1lbs. Obviously not for everybody.
