# Unknown exhaust sensor

Hey people, I’m nearing the end of my CA swap and I’ve run into a sensor that is attached to the exhaust via about a 1/2 inch tap, it runs in a long tubing bend then rubber hose connects to the sensor which is mounted on the driverside of the engine bay just down from the upper strut mount bolts. I believe it is a sensor because it has electrical and also vac line attached. If anyone has the slightest idea what it is and if I need it with the CA plz help me out. I have pix i can e-mail, and I will post a host link once I find out what it is.

As I was digging through a pile of KA stuff, I found an upstream piece, which basically attaches to the air box… does the cat on american/canadian 240’s reqire fresh air?
