Ok, the first draft of the bylaws is done. I’ll email it to everyone who’s posted in here. It’s a .pdf document. Don’t worry about the dates in here, they’re just placeholders. What I’m more concerned with is missing information, spelling/grammar errors, etc. If you have any suggestions, post 'em here or email back. Oh yeah, enjoy…it’s a totally riveting read, I can assure you. :E ---

Ok, it’s been emailed. 🙂 Actually, it was BASED on a government sample, but I added a lot to it and removed some of the stupid wordiness to it. I think this one is much more readable than that sample it came from. ---

Well, I guess the members should probably all check it out eventually. If you guys want, I’m sure I can find some place to host it temporarily so folks can D/L it, check it out, and then totally forget about it, rendering hours of work useless. 😃 Now that I think about it Aaron, I live about 5 mins away from a registries office here in Stony, if you want me to take care of the NUANS report I could probably do that tomorrow. ---

Actually the NUANS is the only one you need because it’s the most comprehensive. They check both the provincial and federal databases to see if you’ve got the same name as someone else - which shouldn’t be a problem in our case. Just to check, we want to search for “Nissan Enthusiasts Car Club”, right? I’d like to make sure I walk in there and ask for the right stuff. 😃 ---
