I have opened up the registration page in it’s current form for this event. It has been tested but not thoroughly so if you register and Pay, please post up in here so that I can verify everything is working as expected. SUNDAY MAY 2nd 2010 Chestnut Ridge Park. - Map and shelter will be provided soon Noon - Whenever Catering by BW’s Barbeque [SIZE=“2”](given 30 or more registrations… we have to guarantee totals to them) Cost: $11 / Person. This cheaper than any other year and we are having it catered!! If you want to bring a guest, please let Mike, tpgsr know via PM before you register so that he can give you a link that allows you to register more than one person. [/SIZE] We know that this is semi short notice, but it was pretty tough to get an open date locked in. **We need to have all registrations processed by this Thursday 4/29 at midnight so that we can pay the catering company on Friday morning.** We will be posting up what is on the menu soon, and taking feedback / suggestions, but expect it to be something like Chicken / Pork and some sides.
