If it actually got to the referendum stage that would be incredible. My step dad had worked for the city for years trying to improve the infrastructure faults. He would have loved the intent of this idea also as a fan of sci-fi. (RIP) ---

Can you imagine if we could build an entirely new city from scratch in a location that actually made sense? I mean without having to lift it over another one. Old cities are effed. ---
