Its cause howard laid his hands on it. Howard cant tune to save his life. We have all seen it first hand and adams run probably a legit 100 bottles through his motor which he put together in his garage and no smoke :confused ---

I negotiated a race between Howard and Brooks a couple of weeks ago at the lot. Brooks showed up late so he had me start up the convo. Howard actually agreed to the race (even though I think he will never do it). He said it would be in two weeks and would meet up on the North Way due to him knowing cops or some shit. He told me he couldn’t race for 2 weeks because of some track event and a GM Performance Magazine article on his car. He also would not disclose the HP on the car or any specs for that matter. If it’s ever going to happen it’s probably going to take a lot of heckling on the SHIFT communities part toward Howard. Howard com out to PLAaaaayyyyyYy!!! ---
