I didnt know you could sue a terrorist organization…do they have like a headquarters then? That would be like suing the KKK or something…and how would they ever pay…do they have a treasury? Or some stocks they could cash in? crazy ---

1. why is it fucking lame. 2. 2TurboZ, read the article, then youll have all your answers. It states that they actually sued the family of the guy who murdered the one man and attempted to murder the other. Its kinda a cool first step. I finally acknowledges that terrorists are NOT enemy combatants, they are criminals. ---

Well I will have to do that…and if that is the case…then thats good, but doesnt the murderer have to be tried and convicted…or is it like OJ where Justice is good enough if its the right amt. of $? ---

Because it is international, different rules apply, as well as the fact that it is a terrorist, but I believe the actual shooter is in custody right now, I read the article earlier, and nyquil is knocking me out as we speak… arg, will try to speak more tomorrow. ---
