Depends on the A/R and trim and how much the motor flows… if a motor is built around a turbo, it can be built to work with stupid sized turbos…

that is stupid, theres no need for a mack truck turbo on a sr. a smaller turbo will do well enough for anypower that motor will produce

HOLY SHIT!

> With a little modification we were able to fabricate some stuff for my new turbo setup. I wanted to keep it bottom mount so it won’t be too conspicuous. Its a little bigger than the stock T25 I was using, but we made it clear the motor mount. Now i just need to modify the power steering line slightly to finish the job. Motor is going to be dropped in tommorow night.

Forget a new rod, there are two things you can do in that situation.

1. Cut out a pice of sheat metal stick it in the hole and spray
sprayfoam in behind it to give you some backing to work on then
slap bondo over it and paint it with rubberized rocker guard.

2. Or if your lazy just take large strips of hocky tape and stick it
over the hole and sppray paint it with rubberized rocker guard.

Don’t even joke about that… turns out that my frame was like that… the guy told me he “fixed” all the rust on the car, and it’s impossible to tell when everything is bondo’d up with a thin sheet metal on top of it…

Ahh ha ha, That’s How I patched the Rockers in my 1st car before I sold it.

The night before I had to drop it off I slid into a huge snow bank but the
snow bank was icecoverd and tore my passanger rocker a new one. I
could fit about 4 of Michel Jordans Shoes in the Huge Hole in my rocker.

Hit up a 24hr Home Depot, $24 later Whamo Nice New Minty Fresh Rockers 😉
