Drift\_ready180sx was up front about all issues his car has upfront, seems like an honest guy but in the ad he does fail to mention that the car drains the battery (has a draw somewhere) and when the car is has been running and gets warm if you shut it off and try to start it again…it wont start unless you unplug the injectors and turn the car over a bit, or wait 10 min and try again… also starting to rust on the rocker about halfway down the driver door, and starting to rust on the hatch, nothing too serious but the car does have some issues. ---

Black on black 1995 240 with 144,000 on Kijiji right now, looks perfect, little bit of rust here and there on the underbody. So good I put a deposit on it. I did a car proof and it has two accidents (front end collision and thunderstorm damage) that the seller did not disclose even though I asked him directly on two occasions “Has it been in any accidents?”. Who knows what else he is not disclosing. I barely got out of there with my deposit. Buyer beware! ---

This isn’t true, my only relative that works at nissan hasn’t touched the car. He also said he had it up on a hoist before he bought it, also not true. He said the car needs a rad support. We did a trade, both as is. He had a 93 Prelude SRV and I had that. We met in a parking lot ad both test drove the other cars, and then we both thought about it for a few days, then we did the trade. Unless he drove off the first day to a hoist within about 5 minutes, he didn’t have it on a hoist before buying. It wasn’t pulling at all when I owned it, so i can’t say anything about that. I bought the car originally safetied and e-tested for about $2200 I think, and then I put a bunch of work into it to get it certified - it needed brakes (all brake pads, new rear rotors and calipers), a gas tank strap, and then the welding I did to it. I took the entire interior out, and probably dumped 40 hours into welding, grinding, painting, and removing that nasty gooey soundproofing garbage. The previous owner had done some body work on it, though it’s slowly getting fucked, as you can see with the bubbling around the quarter panels/rockers. If you bought it, I’d be prepared to do some underbody work (will be expensive if you don’t do anything yourself), and I’d be ready to replace the engine at some point (It’s gotta go at some point…). They’re again cheap if you have the resources to do it yourself. ---
