hmmm… not real sure… have you tried making a new image over the top (basicly tracing them in something like Illustrator)?

I havent used Illustrator in a long time, but try a google search for a tutorial… hasnt let me down yet 🙂

I know there is something out there for it. However never used it to scale up. However it was for some special MS format.
