Mandalay is much much nicer. I don’t know anyone who goes anywhere near Luxor, New York New York, or Excalibur anymore. That’s like… staying at Circus Circus. ---

I just got back Friday from Vegas. I’ve been there the last 12 years for a trade show that is held at Mandalay Bay… Place is sure nice and my only gripe is it’s at the far end of the strip… I know this past week rooms where going for $40 a night at the Luxor which is also connected to Mandalay bay… I’ve never stayed at either seeing we have a time share there. I do know plenty of people who have stayed at both and been in plenty of rooms and suits for parties in both casinos. The Mandalay hands down has the nicest rooms… I would suggest before you go jump on the Mandalay you do some more digging. I spent maybe 4 hours a day in my room and that includes sleeping. Your not going to stay in one casino so I would look for a casino in the middle of the strip… Does it really matter where the hell you sleep? Trust me you’re not going to be there much. ---

luxor is decent. if you do vegas the right way you’re practically never in your room anyway. who cares where you stay. ---

I staved at Mandalay Bay. Very nice hotel and grounds. Excalibur is a white trash hole by comparison. Luxor is also a nice (stayed there too) but MB is better. ---

Never stayed at Tropicana but it’s ghetto. mandalay is pretty nice. Luxor was redone a year ago or so and now it’s actually pretty nice in there. Luxor/NYNY/MB/Excal all have really good rates going on right now. ---

Haha. I went for 3 days off 45 dollar tickets my friend who is a flight attendant got us. We didn’t even book a hotel since all we did was play poker for 3 days straight and just slept both ways on the plane. Lol.
