I have it. Best power phone I’ve used yet. Works spectacularly as a phone.
Yes, and yes it works. You have to change a feature on the account (no cost) to enable VZW supported teathering.

Not w/ unlimited blackberry service.

as far as i am aware, teathering is free for the fist month, then $15/month W/unlimited blackberry plan
