Seriously, I don’t know if a math teacher could have done a better job trying to explain the difference between .002 dollars and .002 cents. Still no lightbulb over customer services’ head.
Towards the end, I love how he explains it to the floor manager and she tells him it is a **“difference in _opinion”_** :lol: :bloated: :bloated: :bloated:

Wow…
He should have used some better examples, but just wow. Personally I would have said if the rate was 1 cent, the total should be 35 cents, not 35 dollars, but who knows if they would have been able to understand that lol.
