I got a new phone, and I need to change the ESN online.
where/what do I click? I suck at zee internet

See anything that looks like “Upgrade Phone”? Follow that. You’ve got to be logged in to your verizon wireless account first.

as soon as you log into your account you should see your current phone in the middle of the screen where it says my services. if you are not the primary number then just use the drop down box and change it to you number. then click GO. On the next page look for “Activate Phone.” Click that and follow the instructions on the following page.

I followed that and it asked me to log in, then took me right to my account page. The picture of my phone is not in the middle of the screen, but its not the primary number, But it does the same thing on my dads account, witch is the primary

After you log in it should take you right to the activation screen :o
Anyway just follow these steps:
Log in -\> My Services -\> My Phone -\> Activate Phone -\> Existing or Replacement Equipment -\> Activate Equipment

Shanana said verzion’s system was down for an update, she couldn’t even log in, i’ll have to try later today.
